Val graduated from George Mason University with degrees in Global Affairs and Spanish Language. She went on to become a successful people leader focused on customer experience, trust and safety, and talent acquisition. Before coming to Oryx she worked as a program manager in the learning and development field. At Oyrx she serves as executive assistant to Ann and provides support to the broader team in scheduling, coordination and operations.
